This division has two manufacturing sites located in Auckland and Christchurch. Initially established to service the aluminium window industry and white goods manufacturers, we now have a wide range of customers from all parts of the manufacturing sector. Products include:window glazing gaskets, Nylon tubing, appliance trims and seals, construction profiles and co-extrusions of many different configurations.






Using 'state of the art' mixing and extrusion technology, coupled with modern control equipment, silicone extrusions are cost-effective solutions to sealing problems in many industrial applications, especially where high temperature resistance is important.

Originally an adjunct to our silicone plant, it's now a division in its own right. This unit supplies specialist wire and cable to the appliance and automotive industries. The provision of a cost-effective solution to small production requirements is a speciality of this team. Products include 105ºC, 150ºC, and 200ºC cables manufactured and approved to AS3191, automotive sparkplug cables and multicore cables.
